March 4, 2009 Board Deadline Morning Notes

March 4th, 2009
Today is a wonderful day.  While my spirits have been admittedly low, I hold onto the concepts of ultimate justice & divine retribution.  This is the day of the deadline the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners gave me to cough up $15,000 in retainer and be examined by their chosen psychiatrist.

Now, I wouldn’t mind it so much but (1) I don’t have the money and that’s just a “retainer” as Dr. Anna Scherzer might actually require more!  And the reason it is so high is because the Board wants to send TWO CARTONS of documents for their good psychiatrist to review at $375/hour!

And (2) I don’t like the Board’s method of swamping their “Independent Medical Examiner” with papers because their procedure is (a) biasing.  Is the Board trying to overly direct their IME psychiatrist because they are trying to achieve a particular outcome?

(b) Might the Board and the State be trying to break me in every manner possible, particularly financially?  Since they can’t break my spirit.

Also, (c) we did not like the fact the Chairman of the Board, “Larry Loveboy” at the time, refused to share with me or with my attorney the documentation the Board was going to submit to their designated examiner.  Does this smell like a setup?  Of course, those good folks would never do such a thing!  It must be my paranoia.

Since (3) (a) I am unable to afford the Board’s indulgent [$15,000 is just the “retainer.”  There is no limit to the expense.  I sure wish I could get a job that paid like that!] and (b) potentially biasing methodology [The Board should be required to submit the names of three Independent Medical Examiners just like they required of me in the past.], there is no way I may prevail.  Is that what the Board wants?  Certainly, not.  What am I thinking!  After all, these are good people.

And (c) as I do not have adequate representation nor the resources to proceed to court, a new phase has begun.  That is (4) my bringing my case before you, the public right here on my blog.

In short order I will call my first witness:

The former Executive Director of the Board, Mrs. Maxine McCarthy.

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer Must Go!

March 3rd, 2009

If the Republicans want to keep the Governor’s Office, they’d better bring a different candidate forward during the next election or risk losing the Governor’s Office once again to Democrats!  There is no choice.  Either bring forward a far stronger candidate who is a real leader or lose!

While Governor Jan Brewer made an excellent Secretary of State, it is readily apparent that the current Republican Governor is not a “leader.”  Why?  First, almost as soon as Brewer took office, she went to work on “political appearances” and attending “feel good” publicity events.  She appeared to be focused on running (prematurely) for election to the office she had just inherited!

Second, Brewer does not have the intelligence of her predecessor former Governor Janet Napolitano.  Napolitano is more intelligent and was a far more effective as a leader than Brewer—even though Napolitano’s philosophy and policies were misguided she was effective.

The discriminating point is that after more than a month in office, it is readily apparent that Jan Brewer is not leading!  Rather than make decisions herself, Brewer is requiring division directors under her to make major decisions.  While this might seem to be respectful of the division director’s turf, it is neglect of her gubernatorial responsibilities to the citizenry of Arizona.  And apparently Brewer thinks that by avoiding making the tough decisions and allowing others to lead her, she might not offend anyone, thereby be more electable during her first real run for the Governor’s Office.

Advice to Governor Jan Brewer:

The only way to survive, for both you politically and the State, you need to lead.  You need to make the tough decisions.  Hard times require one to make serious decisions and not be derelict in duties by forcing underlings to make decisions you ought to be making.

This requires a commitment to make the tough decisions and the right decisions regardless of who might be offended.  And the final irony is it appears Governor Jan Brewer is going to accept the Federal Bail Out with all strings attached.  Those strings reek of former Governor Janet Napolitano’s handiwork:  Brewer is letting Napolitano continue to dictate to her and allow her to run the Arizona Governor’s Office from Washington, DC!

My advice:

Governor Brewer, you are a nice lady.  Put your personal political ambitions aside.  Make the commitment to serve Arizona to the best of YOUR abilities.  Make the tough decisions and take the responsibility.  Make the commitment to see Arizona to fiscal health and a return to sound policy.

Prepare to step aside for another Republican candidate for the good of your party and the State.  Be prepared to return to your position and wonderful service as Arizona’s Secretary of State.

Otherwise, your wishy-washiness and noncommittal approach to leadership will doom any run for the Governor’s Office and risk Arizona suffering through another Democrat governor, maybe even making it possible for Terry Goddard to be elected Governor.

Goddard must resign as Attorney General.  Goddard has allowed his offices to be used unethically and in a fashion it could charged under RICO—the criminal laws for prosecuting organized crime—which is what Goddard has allowed the Attorney General’s Office to become!

Three Year Anniversary of the Demise of Publishing the M3 — What does the Government have to Hide?

March 1st, 2009

Three years ago this month the Feds stopped publishing information on M3, the money supply.  On march 23, 2006, the Fed appeared to stop tracking the size of the money supply.  Why?  What are they hiding?  They are hiding what the big boys are doing with the money supply!

http://www.inflationdata.com/inflation/inflation_articles/m3_money_supply.asp

“the last thing the Government really wants is for the general public to know how much it is stealing out of your pockets through inflation. ”

Tim McMahon

“So, my theory is that in order to hide all the money that is being created and sent to China the government is going to stop tracking M3.”

 Tim McMahon

“The writing is on the wall. When the Government starts hiding data the problem is big! If this trend continues, inflation is going to come roaring back big time. We will see the late 70’s all over again.”

Follow Up: When Art is . . . Bill to address flesh eating bacteria . . .

Sometime ago, I posted about this when it was being passed around as real.  Here, The Onion takes credit.

Art sometimes has an uncanny way of depicting the truth and art has a long standing of being political, especially which dissidence is involved.  Even great symphonies have been composed in protest, but nothing beats humor to remind us how absurd we are.

Did You See DHS Secretary Napolitano’s Address to the Congress this Past Week?

February 28th, 2009

Did you see DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano’s address to the Congress this past week?

If her position weren’t so serious, it was almost comical!

Her body language, in particular, her involuntary shaking (even her eyes were wobbling [“Nystagmus” is often observed in schizophrenics!]) and quivering indicate:

Something is seriously wrong–with this woman and/or her position!

Napolitano’s “sales pitch” was so flagrant and insulting it appeared none of of the Congress whom she was addressing were “buying” it.  It was all show & tell.  Her presentation and the obvious lack of mention of the word “terrorism” further reinforce the idea that 9/11 may have been an inside job, at least in part.

Folks, this is the woman who is going to take your guns away–as soon as she has the next opportunity–like they confiscated firearms during Hurricane Katrina.

PS

Remember:  Napolitano said her department was not focusing upon terror, terrorism or the deterence of terrorism.  Rather, DHS is getting ready for another “national emergency.”

Bernanke’s Address this Past Week

February 28th, 2009

Did you see Bernanke lie this past week?

The man can’t hide it.

He lied to everybody.

And it showed.

Don’t be fooled.

Liberals & liberalism are continuing to dig our hole deeper.

Gillian Tett, Insight: Time to expose those CDOs

Folks, I have mentioned on air long ago that I’m “in love” with Gillian Tett.  This woman’s mind is captivating.  She is by far the best writer the Financial Times has.  Certainly, she is more conservative and Gillian Tett’s insight is impeccable!

Moreover, Miss Tett is right.  She is absolutely correct:  THE HUGE HOLES THAT HAVE BEEN BLASTED IN THE BALANCE SHEETS OF THE BANKS HAVE NOT BEEN BASED ON ANY REAL MARKET NUMBERS.

And what we have to do in order to have any semblance of confidence  in investing in the markets is to establish the real capital hit to the banks and insurance groups.  Until that time, how can one invest in the market, any market, with confidence?

That answer:  You can’t!

We need a public sale, even an auction to establish what if anyvalue remains.

Until that time, it is mere fiat money

My Response: Hey! Chuck Ryan!

You’re a little late.  Listen to my show and especially my archived shows.  I’ll have more up in due time.
