Nonetheless, there is a critical communication from McCarthy which I intend to introduce regarding the former Executive Director’s opinion (and hence the Board’s opinion). That communication establishes the basis for revealing what would otherwise be considered “privileged communications.” Thereafter, I will provide more evidence that will convince the reader of a conspiracy to harm me using the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners.
