This case was posted with the presentation that the document above told the “full story” of the illegal election of 2008. It is hard to beleive anything is the “full story;” nonetheless, the facts contained herein appear to present a very cogent and compelling case.

However, it appears the case was (wrongly) dismissed because the clerk of the court failed to read it and; moreover, failed to understand that the case was filed against Obama and McCain as individuals rather than as the President and the Senator.

This just goes to show how those in power are protected by a totally corrupt system. There is NO REDRESS IN OUR COURTS.

It is tyranny by bureaucracy.

The US Constitution has been abrogated completely.

All that is given is lip service in order to fool the masses and usurp the power that resides in the people.

Sotomayor Leads the Way for Nazi Styled Court Rulings that Paved the Way for Hitler

If Sotomayor is confirmed, then it is all over. Forget about all of your rights and the Constitution, not just your Second Amendment Rights.

Come this fall after Sotomayor’s lifetime appointment to the US Supreme Court, you will see the most draconian laws ever enacted against gun owners.

Remember, Hitler never incarcerated any group without a court order. Hitler always made sure the judges backed his every move. Nazi judges ordered those marginalized and ostracized groups into Concentration Camps.

With Sotomayor on the Supreme Court, Fürher Obama will begin strutting showing his true colors—and they ain’t pretty.

All you Christians who fell for the bait and voted for Obama will soon see our Christian religion made illegal, our worship turned into “hate crimes” and made illegal.

Traitor Robert McNamara Died (Finally!) This Past Monday at 93

TRAITOR Robert McNamara died finally this past Monday at the age of 93.

While McNamara will most likely be remembered for being JFK’s Secretary of State and the man who devised the strategy to lose the Viet Nam War and sacrifice our young men in a senseless conflict, one should recall that prior to his “public service” McNamara came from Ford. However, do not think that absolves McNamara from his lifetime of gross “public disservice!”

May it be known the Ford Foundation destroyed American education. That in part is why we are so dumb.

PS McNamara was a member of John F. Kennedy’s cabinet which tried to push President Kennedy into invading Cuba–that included McNamara. Had Kennedy not resisted the unanimous thrust of his entire cabinet, the East Coast would look entirely different today. Miami would definitely not be there. Even Washington DC was within reach of those Cuban missiles.

The Cubans had four (4) nuclear missiles ready to launch on their beaches. Those nuclear tipped missiles were NOT under Soviet control. They were entirely under Cuban control, and Castro would have launched them had we attacked. In fact, those four nuclear missiles remained on Cuba after the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Kennedy did one thing right: He averted those four nukes being used on US. Indeed, JFK may have averted a thermonuclear war with the USSR.

PSS WE put Castro into power but THAT is another story.

We have been fooled.

Obama is Breaking (And it’s Becoming Obvious to Everyone!)

This morning when I watched President Obama giving his usual morning star pep talk, I noticed something unusual. Maybe you did, too?

The President has developed an involuntary eye lid movement. While some would say this is in keeping with lack of sleep, I think we are seeing the man finally coming unravelled.

Why do I say that? Because one can only keep up lying for so long–unless one is a rather pure sociopath.

The sad thing is that as Obama loses his grip and the Pied Piper effect wears off, I am concerned really stringent measures of control will be brought forth.

Watch Obama closely as he is unraveling. You’ll see his eye lid movement becoming more difficult to mask, more difficult to hide.

The man may not be a sociopath but we are witnessing pathological lying.

The sooner we realize him for the lying Kenyan bastard he is, the sooner we wake up and

Breaking News: Sonia Sotomayor is a Member of the Racist Extremist Group “La Raza”

Folks, just disclosed by Michael Savage on his talk radio show “The Savage Nation:” Justice Sonia Sotomayor, Obama’s nominee for the Supreme Court is a member of the fanatical racist separatist group know as “La Raza” which means “The Race.” As a member of La Raza Sotomayor is unfit for any bench, most certainly Sotomayor should be eliminated as a nominee to a life time appointment to the highest court in the land!

What’s Next? In Gun Kontrol (via Alaska)

THE SCREWS ARE TIGHTENED A LITTLE MORE…

Remember how the Obama campaign said that he wasn’t going to take your guns?

Well, it seems that his minions and allies in the anti-gun world have no problem with

taking your ammo!

The bill that is being pushed in 18 states (including Illinois and Indiana) requires all

ammunition to be encoded by the manufacture a data base of all ammunition sales.

So they will know how much you buy and what calibers. Nobody can sell any ammunition

after June 30, 2009, unless the ammunition is coded.

Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be 0A destroyed by

July 1, 2011. (Including hand-loaded ammo.) (You got to be kidding!)

Wake UP!

Wake up NOW!!

They will also charge a .05 cent tax on every round so every box of ammo you buy will go

up at least $2.50 or more!

If they can deprive you of ammo they do not need to take your gun!

This legislation is currently pending in 18 states: Alabama, Arizona, California,

Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey,

New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington.
