Welcome to Dr. Kent’s Blog

Friday, May 8th, 2009

My response to T. Price’s comments is worth more open attention because of the philosophies expressed within.

Please come back and tell others about Dr. Kent’s Blog.

There is a lot of info here and there will, in short order, be a lot more. You have free access to my archived radio shows and my on-line novel. Or should I say “book” because it is nonfiction entitled:

The Flagship is a Little Dingy: A History of Sex, Murder and Mayhem at the Arizona Department of Corrections.

While I have no prepared outline, I seem to be getting short chapters written and posted weekly. However, feel free to submit links, email and all as you like for possible posting on Dr. Kent’s Blog. Also, I am seeking more proof readers and contributing writers.

As a “reformed liberal” I am beginning to understand the differences between liberalism then and liberalism now.

The basic difference is that liberalism now has become The Establishment. It has become the status quo. Whereas, in the past, liberalism actually stood for something, More importantly liberalism stood against something. That is, liberalism was against supression and for EXPANDED LIBERTY.

Today’s liberalism is corporately designed and managed. It is Psychosociopolitical Warfare.

The facism of the Italians was more obvious and it was obviously different. Today’s facism is reversed. In the past facist government controlled the corporations. In today’s liberal facism, the corportions control, own and management our “illiberal” government.(Sic)

While many embrace what they think is socialism, they disregard the lessons of the past. They ignor history.

The only difference between communism and socialism is that socialism starts as a slow, civil, and methodical takeover whereas communism espouses raw violent takeovers. Nonetheless, the outcome is the same:

Society and civilization deteriorate rapidly. There is mass hysteria, mass insanity and mass psychosis. Delusions are shared (Political Correctness).

Ultimately there is disorder and we go back to The Dark Ages and lose all the progress to date as we fail to recognize and protect and defend property rights.

You see, the Real Motto of the American Revolution was:

To Preseve Life, Liberty AND PROPERTY.

It had nothing to do with the Pursuit of Happiness per se but everything to do with glorifying our Lord, the one true God.

It was under the blessings of God that we prospered and made such leaps in civilization, prosperity and technology. We abidded by Natural Law.

But, alas, today Man knows better [than God] and man has made himself god and is idolizing and worshipping himself!

The only way out of this is not with guns & ammo (although that might help), it is with the Power of the Holy Spirit which was bought at a price and can only be restored by The Ultimate America Revolution:

A changing of heart, repentance and begging our Lord to help US out of our sin and to overcome our sin.

That is why our Muslim brothers have been called to arms–to give US a wake up call. Which they’ve already given but we resist.

That is why God placed Obama in the President’s Office. Obama is the Shepard Who Will Not Care in Zachariah 11.

Friday the 13th: Call for Information about Crimes Covered Up at ADOC

Friday, March 13th, 2009

In light of the recent response by Attorney Amin Aminfar of the US Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Special Litigations Office, I ask that anyone with any information, especially witnesses of any crimes committed in any Arizona correctional facility including the private prisons come forward and report.

Should you fear retaliation, I will understand.  Look what they have done to me!

Nonetheless, you have the address and the name of the Trial Attorney who will bring this to court and press for justice.  You also may contact me and I will help you in any way I can.

The crimes which I reported include:

Rape of an inmate

Sex with a patient

Fraud

Malfeasance

Medical Neglect

Manslaughter

-And –

MURDER!

All in the plural.

Meaning many crimes have been systematically covered up thanks in a large part to Dora Schriro

and

her lover and literally “partner in crime”

Janet Napolitano!

I received this letter in the mail yesterday.  This is not the response to the letter I wrote DOJ but materials forwarded apparently last summer from the Arizona District of the US Attorney’s Office.  Indeed, I am eager to see the Department of Justice response to the letter I wrote them.  actually, I may have received that.  I’ll have to look around and see if I have that.

IF YOU KNOW OF ANYTHING THAT MAY CONTRIBUTE TO THE INFORMATION NECESSARY TO SEE JUSTICE REGARDING ABUSES WITHIN The Arizona Department of Corrections (ADOC), NOW WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO COME FORWARD and do your civic and moral duty.

Here is the accurate pdf of the converted & scanned letter below.  Remember:  The pdf file is more accurate and some formatting is lost in conversion but this  cut and paste Word Doc allows for more open searching.

Dear Dr. Kent:

The United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona has referred your letter of August 15, 2008, to us for a reply. In your letter and accompanying documents you allege that the Arizona Department of Corrections has engaged in corrupt personnel practices and improper medical practices.

Under the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA), 42 U.S.C. § 1997, the Special Litigation Section of the United States Department of Justice has authority to investigate conditions in state or locally-operated correctional facilities where it is alleged that inmates are being deprived of constitutional rights pursuant to a pattern or practice of resistance to the full enjoyment of those rights. We will consider the information you have provided, along with other information we may receive, to determine whether a pattern or practice investigation is warranted.

The Section’s authority does not, however, extend to investigating the personal grievances of a single individual. Moreover, the Section is not authorized to represent individual citizens in legal matters or to give them legal advice. You might consider contacting a private legal representative for possible assistance with your individual concerns.

Thank you for bringing this information to our attention. Please do not hesitate to contact this office if we may be of assistance with this, or any other matter.

ADOC Director Charles Ryan’s Response==>Chicken Shit Cover Your Ass (CYA) Move

Attached is an accurate .pdf copy of a letter I received today from ADOC Director Ryan.  It is also copied below within my blog to enable easy searching.

Actually, I am certain this letter was penned by ADOC Counselor Susan Rogers.  Apparently, this letter was sent in response to my queries requesting a meeting with ADOC Director Ryan.  BTW, I copied that correspondence openly to Governor Jan brewer and I will post it all soon for your ongoing entertainment.

After opening and reading this letter (Man!  What a long letter!  NOT!) I called the author Attorney Susan Rogers; however, she was on the phone.  I left a message directing her to my blog and informing her that any correspondence I address to ADOC would be here, in this public forum.

Likewise, I left another brief message with Mr. Ryan’s office leaving my phone number—again.

Folks, I don’t think these folks understand I am not going away and I certainly haven’t kept my mouth shut this far.  What makes them think I will at this point in time?

ADOC administration has done their best to hurt and damage me since 2004.  They really need to learn how to treat people better.

Lately, I’ve not published much because my conversions were not allowing me to copy information and post it openly in the body of my blog making it accessible to searches.  However, I discovered the rather expensive program I bought for such chores does the job whereas the cheaper .pdf conversion program does not.

So, stay tuned.  This blog will get much larger.  I intend to make certain folks at ADOC and the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners very famous.  Infamous!

Reflecting Upon the Positives Against the Negatives–Multiple Losses

Monday, February 23rd, 2009

As I reflect upon the past three years, there is much to complain about, yet the positives, my blessings far exceed the complaints.  For one, I am alive and my health is fairly good.  There were those who wished me dead and might even have tried to kill me had they realized the danger I represented to them.

Certainly, ADOC would have set me up for false charges of something like drug possession had they thought I would be cantankerous down the road.  And my wife?  That woman I attempted to marry?  Well, one dear friend expressed concerns she thought my “wife” might have been poisoning me while we cohabitated!

Another psychologist friend expressed his concern many times warning me my estranged Maria wished me dead, destitute or imprisoned.  And other close friends chimed in.  I’d never have made it without their loving help.

My pets make it impossible for me to type at the moment.  Curley is hugging my lap and Diesel stares at me expectantly.  He has taken an insatiable interest in my computers.  Earlier he tried to bite the cursor on my screen!

Both attend to me and taking them both on a year & a half ago has been one of my best decisions.  For much of my life I have been delaying my life.  I have always wanted a cat & a dog but delayed having pets for far too long.  So, we found each other and began our household anew approximately September 19, 2007.

Since August, Curley and I met regularly at about 4:30 on the street over a period of six weeks.  While I was looking for this small adolescent orange tabby each morning it never occurred to me Curley might be looking for me, that is, until one morning when I saw him running towards me from a distance over the top of the six foot high block wall.  He’d seen me first!

So, I figured he was interested in me as much as I was interested in him.  He certainly was a scroungy dirty cat but he came when I called, “Here Kitty Cat.”

I decided to try to take him home the next day, but rather than see him, I ran into another walker and as we walked and talked in the cool morning air about the cat I saw, he asked me, “You mean the cat that lives in the storm drain?” and we were interrupted by a little puppy under a bush started barking at him while wagging his tail.

The stranger said, “So, you want to play little fellow?”  Then turned to me and declared, “Look!  Somebody abandoned a little lab puppy here.”

“Nobody’d leave a little puppy,” I replied.  “They just tied him up here while they went for their morning run.”

“Then what’s that bag of puppy food for?”  Then I realized the tiny puppy had slipped his blue collar leash but was staying near it under the lamp post with the baggy of puppy chow partially spread out across the sidewalk.

Plenty of people passed by.  I couldn’t keep track of them all.  The little fellow was too small to walk on his leash, so I carried him, a bundle of dog licking face washing joy.  I never saw Curley that morning and I never got to finish my morning run but I had to find the puppy’s owner.

Dang!  He was cute.  So, I decided to get Curley the next morning and attended to Diesel that day.

The Dr. Kent Show 21 Feb 2009 ~ Just the Facts

Monday, February 23rd, 2009

20090221.mp3

Here is my last scheduled show at this hour (2-3 PM) on this day (Saturday) on this station (KFNX).  While KFNX and staff have been great, due to financial constraints I am going off air for a while.  Notwithstanding, it is not because anyone has forced me off the air, it is only because I have not sold the commercial time necessary to support my show.

Should you wish to advertise, sponsor or support my show, email me via my contact page or call the station at (602) 277-1100.

I am open to new avenues and will gladly hear any proposals.

Here, as promised and as is my practise, is my unedited final show without commercials.  These are the facts, nothing but the facts. I speak the truth.  If you care to disagree, feel free to comment.

During this show, we cover a lot of ground; however, there is more to be told about the crimes & cover ups inside ADOC.

I promised to post a lot more material and I will do so on an ongoing basis.  It takes time to keep it organized and there is a lot of material to organize!

I promise to post all Requests For Investigations (RFI’s) and make members of the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners famous!  Clearly, they have not merely damaged me but the citizens of Arizona and the profession of psychology!!!

Please don’t take my comments lightly that we have become a “communist” nation.  We, the USA, are the prize and we are fighting on all fronts.  We don’t even realize it!  When we go down, there will be nothing standing between them and the little guy around the world.  We have to wake up, demand our government back before they take it away and we can never get it back.

Folks, this is real.  It is psychosociopoitical warfare.  Just look at the manipulation in the news and on TV.  Nothing is happening by chance.  This is all planned and well engineered.  What I learned from my study of music composition is that:

The more random music appears,

The more highly it is organized.

And this functional analysis holds true for life as well.

Coming Show Saturday February 21

Tuesday, February 17th, 2009

Having been notified by email that our new Governor can not or will not meet with me, I called NW in the Governor’s office.  We are at an impasse after it was suggested I meet with the new Director of ADOC.  Therefore,

BE ADVISED DURING THIS NEXT SHOW I WILL NAME NAMES AND DISCUSS OPENLY THE CRIMES THAT WERE COMMITTED INSIDE ADOC BY ADOC PERSONNEL!

Tune in.

Frankly, I think our new Governor is in over her head.  While I had hoped to be restored and employed correcting the messes within ADOC, the revelations during this next show are likely to result in major financial losses for the State of Arizona at a time when it can ill afford it.  Nevertheless, these people (ADOC and the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners) have damaged me and done their best to destroy me.

Be advised:

We are talking about several frauds & malfeasance, sexual battery, rape of a patient and MURDER.

Many will come forward, rightfully so, seeking justice from an unjust system.  Expect the State of Arizona to pay Big Bucks in damages and costly fighting in the United States Supreme Court.  Why?  Because there is no Sex Offender Treatment Program in ADOC, especially since ADOC and the private prison fired Dr. Susanne Arnold!

Then there are those who were brutally murdered!

By ADOC guards.

By Medical Health Services.

By medically induced leukemia because of the ignorance & negligence of contract psychiatry AND the supervising psychologists (Arnold & McCauley & company) who covered it up, literally burying the evidence, and allowing the culprit to continue practising for more than another year during which he killed more inmate patients.

They weren’t sentenced to DEATH!

They weren’t given sentences of EXECUTION!

Nonetheless, they died.  Some horribly, miserably.

Let the State of Arizona pay the price.  I am tired of being the brunt of their terror.

Folks, this is “bureaucratic tyranny.”

We have become a communist country.

Wake up!

Wake up!  America.

Before it’s too late!

“America, America, where are you now?

Don’t you care about your sons and daughters?”

ADOC Interim Director Chuck Ryan: Culpable in the Deaths of Officer Brent Lumley & Deputy Warden Ron Odom?

Friday, February 13th, 2009

Folks, I am going to try to recall and tell this story in brief.  My spelling may not be quite right; feel free to advise me of any errors.  But, this story’s got to be told.

Officer Brent Lumley’s death appears to have involved decisions by Charles Ryan.  I’ll let you, the reader, decide whether or not Charles Ryan might have been negligent.

Here is a link to the HTML version of the Arizona Supreme Court record of the conviction of Leroy D. Cropper:

http://74.125.47.132/search?q=cache:pjo5BBguhoQJ:www.supreme.state.az.us/opin/pdf2003/cr_00_0544_ap.pdf+lumley+ADOC&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=2&gl=us

This is the section to which I call your attention:

¶4

Cropper needed to find a way out of his cell. An inmate

is able to leave a locked cell if a fellow inmate “spins the lock”

to his cell door. This lock picking procedure, performed manually

on the cell door lock from outside the cell, bypasses the control

room’s electronic lock command.

However, it does not describe exactly how Cropper’s lock was spun.  But the reported written record rarely tells the truth:

An inmate could do it himself from inside of his cell rigging it to unlock at the pull of a string!

Deputy Warden Ron Odom at Perryville’s San Juan Unit became so distraught over the loss of one of his beloved officer’s that he suffered a massive heart attack shortly after the murder and passed away.  Ron Odom was loved by all who worked with him at San Juan.  Odom ran a tight ship based upon “mutual inclusivity.”  Some described it as “family.”

There was rumor of a waiting list of 400 officers who wanted to work for Mr. Odom because he took such good care of his employees.  It was unheard of in ADOC and nothing like it exists today.  ADOC administrators could learn from the magnificent model Mr. Ron Odom provided.

Why did Ron have a heart attack?  The stress was too much for him.  Ron knew Lumley’s death could have & should have been prevented.  Who was the culprit?  And how?

Over the course of a year, DW Odom wrote ADOC Central Office requesting repairs to the cell locks in his unit due to his concern for the safety of his officers.  Every three (3) months like clockwork, he’d receive a denial of his request for new locks [urgent security matters] because ADOC didn’t have the money.

Who wrote the letters?  Who signed those denials?

Chuck Ryan!

According to my informant, Charles Ryan signed off on at least three (3) letters denying DW Odom’s request for locks to protect his officers!

Why?

Because ADOC didn’t have the money!

Nevertheless, right after Lumley’s murder, which could have been prevented by installing locks that could not be “turned,” ADOC found even more money and installed secure locks & new doors at almost double the original estimate!

AND

At the cost of Officer Brent Lumley’s life!

Correction ADOC Interim Director Chuck Ryan: Advice for Governor Jan Brewer

Thursday, February 12th, 2009

Correcting the record per the disclosures posted by Iris on:

http://sonoranalliance.com/?p=2957#comment-102524

There is an error regarding Mr. Ryan and this is the only possible error of all that was posted.  In other words, all of it is true with the possible exception of the one statement that Mr. Ryan had been forced out of ADOC or ADC as the current web page under construction calls the Arizona Department of Corrections.

I call ADOC or ADC something else, as one may see from the categories on my blog.  And the rest of The Valley shall soon refer to ADOC as the Department of “Corruption.

During my interview I mentioned it had been reported to me one of the superiors in ADOC had been “forced to leave ADOC upon threat of death;” however, my ability to recall names is somewhat impaired.

I do not recall the name of the man who was forced to leave “due to his lack of support for Governor Napolitano” and walk off from ADOC and his ASRS retirement.  Perhaps it was Terry Stewart.

However, I recall the name and attributes quite well of the officer who confided those things in me.  It was given somewhat in confidence and accompanied by emotional frustration and disgust at how corrupt ADOC was and remains.

Nonetheless, I can tell you that Mr. Ryan has been the “Interim Director” of ADOC in the past, perhaps even many times.  Moreover, there is one hallmark, one characteristic that is unforgettable about Chuck Ryan:

Chuck Ryan was not well liked by the rank & file.

In fact, to say that Mr. Ryan was “hated” would not be too strong.

Allow me to paraphrase a lifetime ADOC employee who knew Chuck Ryan intimately:

‘Chuck Ryan was an asshole.  He was born an asshole and he’s always going to be an asshole.  He’s a short man.  He has “little man syndrome” (and “tan hair”).  He’s always going to be an asshole.  Everyone hates him!

Chuck Ryan has been disliked for years by the rank & file of ADOC security officers, administrative support & health services alike.

My advice to Governor Jan Brewer:

DO NOT CONSIDER CHUCK RYAN FOR DIRECTOR OF ADOC!

Unless the Governor wants to send a message to the hard working men & women at ADOC that the Governor doesn’t give a hoot for the men & women who work hard at ADOC!
