The “Swine Napolitano Flu” is What We Should Call the Emerging Pandemic

Thursday, April 30th, 2009

Let’s call this flu what it is and give credit where credit is due.

This outbreak is due to the negligence of Janet Napolitano and, hence, I am urging all to call this particular outbreak & strain of the flu the:

Swine Napolitano Flu

Sadly, we were unable to avoid Napolitano’s re-election as Governor for Arizona.  Even more sadly, we were unable to avoid her appointment to higher ineptitude as the very obviously incompetent Secretary of Homeland Security.

Janet’s appointment to this position informs US of the sad shape of our country and the lack of leadership.  Were it not for that singular fact, Janet’s continued presence in public office would be a complete disgrace.

Scores Die in Mexico Due to Flu–—Are We Facing a Bird Flu Pandemic?

Saturday, April 25th, 2009

Are we witnessing the beginnings of the throes of a possible flu pandemic?

Of bird flu?

Or swine virus?

Avian influenza A (H5N1) virus outbreak?

Or a super bug combining the terrible (as in “terror”) features of all three???

Why has the Department of Homeland Security under Janet Napolitano recently changed its policy from an emphasis upon preventing terrorism to a policy emphasizing natural disasters, such as a national emergency due to health issues including bioterrorism?

Did you know that the motto of Homeland Security under a Google search is “Preserving our Freedoms?”

http://www.google.com/search?q=homeland+security&rls=com.microsoft:en-us&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&startIndex=&startPage=1

Why has Janet Napolitano failed to close our borders in the face of an outbreak of the world’s most feared type of flu?

Scientists have been warning us about the bird flu for years, yet neither Napolitano nor Obama will give this matter the time of day.

There have already been victims in the United States and many more victims AND deaths in Mexico, yet why has Homeland Security done nothing?

From the DHS website itself we learn that the mission of the department is:

Preparedness & Response

In the event of a terrorist attack, natural disaster or other large-scale emergency, the Department of Homeland Security will provide a coordinated, comprehensive federal response and mount a swift and effective recovery effort.

The Department assumes primary responsibility for ensuring that emergency response professionals are prepared for any situation.

Shouldn’t Napolitano and Obama be closing our border with Mexico and curtailing all exposure possible to this infectious agent to prevent a flu pandemic in the United States of America?

Oh, I forget!  Obama considers himself President of the World, the New World Order.  And Janet thinks of herself as a member of the global elite.

My, Janet, “you’ve come a long way baby” from representing Anita Hill and attacking Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas with false allegations of sexual harassment!

Why don’t you mention your real claim to fame on your bio page?

Representing Anita Hill put you in the eye of the public and brought national attention to you.

The Thirty Dirty Words

Saturday, April 25th, 2009

The Sixteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution (Amendment XVI) allows the Congress to levy an income tax without apportioning it among the states or basing it on a census:

“The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment amoung the several States, and without regard to any census on enumeration.” (Sic)*

These are thirty dirty words, very dirty words.

Compare these thirty dirty words to the applicable sections of the Constitution itself:

Section 8 – Powers of Congress

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and  Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

Section 9 – Limits on Congress

No capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken.

An Impost is a tax or duty.

The Welfare of the country is its health, happiness, or prosperity; well-being.

Welfare today also means organized efforts on the part of public or private organizations to benefit the poor, or simply public assistance. This is not the meaning of the word as used in the Constitution.

What’s your opinion?

Is the Income Tax Constitutional?

Or was the Federal Government intended to be run on tariffs and duties?

Keep in mind that tariffs and duties were applied to imports, goods and items being brought into the country from the outside.

Today we are all required to bow down and worship “the god of Free Trade!”

Tell me “Liberalism” isn’t a religion!!!

The Psychologist’s Dilemma: Psychosociopolitical Warfare

Friday, April 24th, 2009

The dilemma all psychologists face today is that we have capitulated and given our crown of science & arts to psychiatry and the Medical Model.

While psychiatry has usurped the role of leading provider of mental health services in the maintenance of the public health and welfare from psychology, psychiatry accomplished this without having to put up much of a fight. Indeed, the betrayal came from within—from within the ranks of psychology itself.

Returning that crown to its rightful owner may prove next to impossible. Certainly, there is a lot of truth to the adage:

It takes a man a lot longer to get himself out of trouble

Than what it took to get him in trouble in the first place

So it will be with the return of psychology and behavioral science to its rightful place as King.

In part, I predict this will require the awakening of the public at large to the fact that behavior, character, and moral choices make differences in one’s life trajectory, outcomes; and in one’s mental health.

There may be certainly some modicum of credence in the parallels between the deterioration of culture in the United States and the deterioration of mental health, stability and well-being of the individual.

If one reflects upon current world situations and especially the fragmentation, if you will, the Balkanization of the United States, one realizes quite quickly how the conflicts within the individual may be reflected in the conflicts within society.

It is this particularly poetic justice and beauty of reality that allows one to judge the status of both “the status quo” and the status of the individual within “the status quo.”

It is difficult to over generalize and it is difficult to oversimplify, but sometimes the reduction of both the health of the society and the criteria for the mental health of the individual allow for succinct and salient comparisons. However, it is extremely difficult, neigh impossible to determine cause.

Think of this as a chicken and the egg question: which came first? In other words, did the mental health of the individual deteriorate first or did the culture deteriorate first?

Truly, the status of the culture and the individual mutually impact each other. More importantly, we need to determine target goals and the intervention in order to improve both the health of the culture and individual within the culture.

As is typical in health interventions, we wish the least invasive intervention and leverage that for the maximal outcome. The problem becomes one of ethics because in the typical clinical setting it is requisite to obtain “informed consent to treatment” before intervening.

In today’s society, we have had decades of “intervention” without “informed consent.” Allow me to explain:

We have had decades of “intervention” and “social engineering” without the consent of those being treated!

Moreover, during the last century not only has the electorate (Forgive me folks for getting political.) not been in charge of who has been elected for almost a century, especially President of the United States; more importantly, we have not been in charge of our fate since then.

At this point in time I would like to introduce the reader to the concept of psychosociopolitical warfare. This is not my term, nor is it a new term. In fact the first evidence of it I have found is in the title of an article published anonymously in 1936. It was a title of an article which described part of the undermining of America.

However, the credibility of the article is challenged because there is neither authorship nor publisher associated with it. Moreover, the largest concern regarding its credibility that I have personally is that the strategies announced in this article (purportedly written in 1936) predates the discoveries of most of the modern agents which the article advocates for use in undermining the health and welfare of the best and brightest Americans.

Those agents are drugs, more specifically, psychopharmaceuticals. Most of the psychoactive drugs which are employed in the treatment of mental illness have been discovered since the 50s.

Nonetheless, one must consider the possibility that this article published in 1936 entitled Psychosociopolitical Warfare might be exactly what we have been experiencing for almost a decade.

I am a behavioral psychologist, and as such, I look at function. In other words, I conduct a functional analysis in order to determine what the most salient interventions might be.

I’m also a trained musician, a composer. And during my training as a musician at Berklee in both classical and jazz, I learned that “functional analysis” is paramount in understanding music and its structure. Hence, all things come down to function and function dominates any analysis and understanding.

While we may discount and attack the credibility of Psychosociopolitical Warfare based upon several features including (1) lack of authorship, (2) lack of publisher, and (3) historical features, we may not ignore reality.

One must not ignore the actual impact such proposals as contained in Psychosociopolitical Warfare might have and have had. I advance the fact all of the strategies recommended in Psychosociopolitical Warfare have been implemented!

What do you think?

Feel free to call me paranoid.  But remember, it is a healthy paranoia and an informed skepticism.

Freddie Mac CFO David Kellermann Murdered?

Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009

Your comments are welcome—

Freddie Mac Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) David Kellermann aged 41 was found dead.

While the mainstream media is touting Kellermann’s death as an apparent suicide perhaps associated with the ongoing regulatory inquiries by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), might Kellermann have been murdered?

Which politicians in office and in power might Kellermann have fingered during the ongoing regulatory investigations of the SEC?

What does Kellermann’s death conveniently cover up?

What did those in office fear from Kellermann?

What do those in office fear from an investigation?

What are your ideas?

What are your thoughts?

RedFlex Photo Radar Van Technician Doug Georgianni Killed

Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009

Please—Feel free to post you comments.

While I cannot condone manslaughter, it is understandable in the current environment.  Sadly, this incident feeds right into Napolitano’s recent admonitions concerning “domestic” terrorism.

This morning I heard Ankarlo utter some absolute rubbish!  When & if KTAR and Ankarlo are sued because of Ankarlo’s irresponsible statements encouraging marginally stable persons to commit suicide necessitates pulling him from the air!  Perhaps that is the real reason why Ankarlo Mornings changed hosts during the past hour?

Certainly there is support to the idea that photo radar cameras and the inordinate amount of surveillance violate our Constitutional rights.  And we can thank the last administration, the Bush Administration for this.

Nonetheless, the irresponsible talk continues this very hour on KTAR and I am just tired of Barely-Famous Barry Young’s histrionics.  KFYI’s “Barely-Man-Enough Barry Young” is generally irritating and insulting.  Certainly, I wish there was someone else besides those two to listen to in the morning on Talk Radio.

But allow me to come to my point:  Let’s apply one principle to this matter and be done with it.

DPS Director Roger Vanderpool listen up.  You’ve made a lot of mistakes, serious mistakes—which will come to light in my blog.  But, I hope you as the man in charge of those cameras will agree with me.

Governor Jan Brewer give me your attention.  You’ve inherited a lot of mistakes, which you have been loath to denounce and change.  But, I hope you as the woman in charge of DPS Director Vanderpool and most everything in the State will see the wisdom in my recommendations.

Let’s end this insane spying on one another and undue stress and anxiety on our roads.  Let’s apply the principle that has been so often exploited to invoke law after law in the name of saving the children.  How many times have we heard?

If it saves only one life . . .

If it saves only one child . . .

It will be worth it.

Put an end to this insanity and end these off-the-wall discussions by pulling those cameras, admitting it was a bad idea and

do it now!

Why?

Because I guarantee it will save at least one life.

It will save at least one more life.

And to insist upon being stiff necked and keeping those draconian cameras in place and continuing the stress & anxiety on the roadways and on us all, will render you, Brewer & Vanderpool et al., complicit in the next murder(s)!

What’s your opinion on this?

Is the alleged Thomas Patrick Destories a hero or a victim?

How responsible should KTAR be if any one commits suicide because of irresponsible utterances encouraging them to kill themselves?

What’s your opinion?

You Can Take It With You!

Tuesday, April 21st, 2009

Don’t believe the Great Deception:

“You can’t take it with you!”

While that might apply to things, goods, chattel, clothing and the like; it has nothing to do with “spirit” or “character.”

Don’t generalize this axiom to the spheres of spirit, personality and character.  That would be a mistake and a serious error.

The fact is:

You can and do take it with you.

You take all of your character you developed and all aspects of the spirit with you when you leave your body.  The godless ones will (mis)lead you to believe that nothing matters and you take none of it with you, but our Founding Fathers (and Mothers) would agree universally that when we die we take all of the character we have built across a life time with us.

Don’t allow yourself to be deceived and cheated out of that which is your birthright.

Windfall Tax on Retirement Income!!

Tuesday, April 21st, 2009

From Alaska–

LET’S IMPEACH HER NOW BEFORE SHE DOES FURTHER DAMAGE!!  WHAT AN IDIOT!!   WHERE DO WE GET THESE MORONS?

Windfall Tax on Retirement Income

Adding a tax to your retirement is simply another way of saying to the American people, you’re so darn stupid that we’re going to keep doing this until we drain every cent from you. That’s what the Speaker of the House is saying.

Nancy Pelosi wants a Windfall Tax on Retirement Income.  In other words tax what you have made by investing toward your retirement. This woman is a nut case! You aren’t going to believe this.

Madam speaker Nancy Pelosi wants to put a Windfall Tax on all stock market profits (including Retirement fund, 401K and Mutual Funds! Alas, it is true – all to help the 12 Million Illegal Immigrants and other unemployed Minorities!

 This woman is frightening.

She quotes…’ We need to work toward the goal of equalizing income, (didn’t Marx say something like this?), in our country and at the same time limiting the amount the rich can invest.’  (I am not rich, are you?)

When asked how these new tax dollars would be spent, she replied:

‘We need to raise the standard of living of our poor, unemployed and minorities. For example, we have an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in our country who need our help along with millions of unemployed minorities. Stock market windfall profits taxes could go a long way to guarantee these people the standard of living they would like to have as ‘Americans’.’

(Read that quote again and again and let it sink in.)  ‘Lower your retirement, give it to others who have not worked as you have for it’.

Tell your friends. Link to this!!

This lady is out of her mind and she is the speaker of the house!
