Casualties of War in the United States of America

Friday, June 18th, 2010

Recently in my life there was significant confusion over what I meant by a family loss being a “casualty of war.”  I have been intending to review Murray Bowen’s book for some time and now is not the time to do so–in a rush.  But some matters are more pressing than others.

Our society has deteriorated and continues to deteriorate.  The greatest loss to the foundations of our country is in the family structure prevalent today.

Today’s families are run by females.  While it is oft referred to as “a man’s world” that is a myth.  In fact, females often say that the world is a mess because men run it.  Hogwash!

I’ve got news for you:  The person running the world from behind the scenes is a female!  We’ll get back to that slip someday.

Most of the wealth is held by females, not males.  Note:  There is a difference, a fine discrimination between “female” and “woman.”  Likwise, there are differences between what a “male” is and what a “man” is.  But, we’ll have to cover that another time.  But, I digress.

The importance of Murray Bowen’s contributions to the body of scientific knowledge have been grossly underestimated, undervalued and one might even regard this as “suppressed knowledge.”  Much like students in economics never read “The Wealth of Nations” because the elite have suppressed it from our institutions of “higher” education, psychologists never hear of Murray Bowen!

In the 1950’s sociologist Murray Bowen and his team conducted research at the National Institutes of Mental Health in which they followed families of identified patients with schizophrenia; mother, father and child.  You may have heard the term “schizophrenogenic mother,” but that was an inferior concept.  Bowen discovered that it took BOTH mother AND father to produce a schizophrenic, a mentally ill child.  Bowen’s team got so good at understanding the family systems they were able to predict psychotic episodes!

In short, if one wants to understand mental illness and how to treat it, even successfully cure it, one needs to study Bowen.  If one wants to be a competent psychologist or organizational consult or systems analyst, Bowen’s work holds much of the key.  This is foundational material.

Bowen never published a book himself.  Rather, he published papers and most of the chapters in the “Family Therapy” were collected and edited by Bowen’s students.  Bowen never earned a doctorate.  He had only a master’s degree.  However, he was originally trained in medicine before he began his research in psychology.  Because he was not a psychologist but a sociologist, psychology has ignored one of its greatest minds!

This book represents a rather comprehensive collection of Bowen’s conceptions and work.  It would behoove the country for professionals to study Bowen’s work and realize how important the family structure is and how much the family structure has been damaged in the United States as males became passive and submit to their over-active wives.  Rather than help their wives learn how to modulate their anxiety, males have surrendered to the pressure of the ongoing cultural psychosociopolitical warfare.  As a result, their children and future generations suffer–seriously–needlessly.

The United States can only survive when balance is restored in the American family.  Until that time, we will suffer from an ongoing exacerbation of sociopathy, addictions, increased suicides and a whole lot of other unnecessary suffering.  Haven’t the losses been great enough?

Valentine’s Violence update

Tuesday, June 15th, 2010

My update the other day was inspired by a conversation with another psychologist who resides in California.  He has always demonstrated superior insight and his take on things is that after the election in November when the tax hikes kick in January 1st, the economy will come to a screeching halt and there will be bodies hanging in the streets in February.

When the economy first failed, history has shown an increase in suicides on the order of 5,000 more suicides annually for each increase of 1% in unemployment.  Also, the rate of homicides appears correlated positively to the suicide rate at approximately +.50.  Hence, I expected to see an increase of roughly 2,500 murders for each 1% increase in unemployment.

But, that hasn’t happened.  Why?

Quite simply it surprised us all,  Quite pleasantly.

It appears attributable to an increase in population age.  But, such luck and trends are not likely to hold out indefinitely.  Chronic stress leads to breakdown and dysfunction.

Perhaps this election has everyone waiting anticipating relief.  However, I doubt relief comes.  The Party’s System has a stranglehold on the US and somethings got to give.  What’s your opinion?

Rising Unemployment Means More Suicides & Homocides

Thursday, July 16th, 2009

Generally speaking, during a good economy, in the United States there are slightly more than 20,000 suicides and approximately 10,000 homicides annually.

In the vernacular, “we kill ourselves twice as often as we kill the other son of a bitch.”

For each 1% increase in unemployment there is an increase of approxminately 5,000 suicides.*

Accepting an unemployment rate of slightly under 5% before the Obama Administration was seated, it may be conservatively estimated the US will experience 25,000 to 35,000 MORE suicides annually.

Accordingly, we should expected between 12,500 to 17,500 more homocides annually.

In annual terms this means:

45,000 to 55,000 SUICIDES

And

22,500 to 27,500 MURDERS

However, should unemployment increase as expected, we will see more homicides & more suicides.

None dare call it:

“War on America”

Nonetheless, the casualities are there.

“Illiberalism” kills

KTAR 92.3 FM Mac & Gaydos Child Porn Experts?

Friday, May 15th, 2009

Are Mac & Gaydos child porn experts?

The reason I ask is because during the Mac & Gaydos Show yesterday afternoon I heard another horrific public utterance on KTAR 92.3 FM.  It really bothers me there is so much dumb programming on KTAR.

While Ankarlo’s utterance urging possibly homicidal individuals to commit suicide may have had a remote modicum of socially redeeming value, Mac & Gaydos’ utterances yesterday utterly astounded me with their sheer stupidity.

The management of KTAR needs to start paying close attention to exactly what is going out over the air.

I thought it kind of stupid a while back when Gaydos readily admitted he voted for Barack Obama.  But yesterday, Mac & Gaydos may have convicted themselves publicly during their broadcast of possible possession of child pornography!

Let me explain about yesterday’s show:

Both Mac & Gaydos agreed and emphasized a picture of a 16-year-old female published in her Florida high school yearbook was “definitely child pornography.”

And both Mac & Gaydos concurred neither felt any sympathy for this young girl who had neglected to dress appropriately.

Now, before any of you (my readers) decide to Google and search for that photograph of this adolescent female, DON’T!

Don’t do it because if what Mac & Gaydos said is accurate, then any person who has a picture of that under aged female’s private parts on his or her computer might be guilty of possessing “child pornography” under Federal law!

To the best of my knowledge it doesn’t matter what one’s intent is. All that matters is possession.  Moreover, each photograph is one count.  Each count gets one 10 years in prison.  That’s 10 years of Federal time, hard time with no relief.

If Mac & Gaydos Goggled the Internet at work on KTAR’s computers, then the computers at KTAR may contain “child porn!”

Folks, the laws have gotten very technical and extremely punitive. Even for the purposes of making a news report, if one accesses such a photograph, then one may be guilty of federal child porn laws.

Even Joe Crummy last evening publically added to the humiliation of another minor.  A 17 year old girl in Arizona had her photo published in her Tonopah high school year book with a cruel label.

KTAR really needs to monitor their programming.  I just can’t believe how dumb some of the talk show hosts seem to be at KTAR.

Did you hear Mac & Gaydos became self proclaimed child pornography experts yesterday?

Post Script

During lunch I explained to my waitress my reservations about posting this.  While most of the spam comments I get are from on line sales of pharmaceuticals, of drugs, I really do not want the tag “child pornography” on my blog.

My blog already has 1581 spam comments and only 160 real comments about half of which are my responses to comments.  I am not looking forward to more spam from porn sites and pornographers.

But, as the waitress said, I am right.

As an adult male the last thing I would utter publically is that I looked at anything that resembled in anyway child pornography!

As adults we need to avoid adding to the burdens of any one who is under age, of any minor considering the added strain young people are already under in our current culture.

Again, just because Mac & Gaydos apparently accessed such photographs, don’t you do it because it would be a crime!  Let the fools go on thinking they are free to view such photos with impunity.  Maybe the FBI ought to give KTAR a call.

Freddie Mac CFO David Kellermann Murdered?

Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009

Your comments are welcome—

Freddie Mac Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) David Kellermann aged 41 was found dead.

While the mainstream media is touting Kellermann’s death as an apparent suicide perhaps associated with the ongoing regulatory inquiries by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), might Kellermann have been murdered?

Which politicians in office and in power might Kellermann have fingered during the ongoing regulatory investigations of the SEC?

What does Kellermann’s death conveniently cover up?

What did those in office fear from Kellermann?

What do those in office fear from an investigation?

What are your ideas?

What are your thoughts?

RedFlex Photo Radar Van Technician Doug Georgianni Killed

Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009

Please—Feel free to post you comments.

While I cannot condone manslaughter, it is understandable in the current environment.  Sadly, this incident feeds right into Napolitano’s recent admonitions concerning “domestic” terrorism.

This morning I heard Ankarlo utter some absolute rubbish!  When & if KTAR and Ankarlo are sued because of Ankarlo’s irresponsible statements encouraging marginally stable persons to commit suicide necessitates pulling him from the air!  Perhaps that is the real reason why Ankarlo Mornings changed hosts during the past hour?

Certainly there is support to the idea that photo radar cameras and the inordinate amount of surveillance violate our Constitutional rights.  And we can thank the last administration, the Bush Administration for this.

Nonetheless, the irresponsible talk continues this very hour on KTAR and I am just tired of Barely-Famous Barry Young’s histrionics.  KFYI’s “Barely-Man-Enough Barry Young” is generally irritating and insulting.  Certainly, I wish there was someone else besides those two to listen to in the morning on Talk Radio.

But allow me to come to my point:  Let’s apply one principle to this matter and be done with it.

DPS Director Roger Vanderpool listen up.  You’ve made a lot of mistakes, serious mistakes—which will come to light in my blog.  But, I hope you as the man in charge of those cameras will agree with me.

Governor Jan Brewer give me your attention.  You’ve inherited a lot of mistakes, which you have been loath to denounce and change.  But, I hope you as the woman in charge of DPS Director Vanderpool and most everything in the State will see the wisdom in my recommendations.

Let’s end this insane spying on one another and undue stress and anxiety on our roads.  Let’s apply the principle that has been so often exploited to invoke law after law in the name of saving the children.  How many times have we heard?

If it saves only one life . . .

If it saves only one child . . .

It will be worth it.

Put an end to this insanity and end these off-the-wall discussions by pulling those cameras, admitting it was a bad idea and

do it now!

Why?

Because I guarantee it will save at least one life.

It will save at least one more life.

And to insist upon being stiff necked and keeping those draconian cameras in place and continuing the stress & anxiety on the roadways and on us all, will render you, Brewer & Vanderpool et al., complicit in the next murder(s)!

What’s your opinion on this?

Is the alleged Thomas Patrick Destories a hero or a victim?

How responsible should KTAR be if any one commits suicide because of irresponsible utterances encouraging them to kill themselves?

What’s your opinion?

My father showed this photo when I visited last month.  I told him we didn’t commit suicide. We were murdered!

Read these three books.  They make the case for murder:

Griffin (2008) “The Creature from Jekyll Island,”

Skousen (1970) “The Naked Capitalist,” and

Mullins (2007) “The Curse of Canaan.”

WAKE UP AMERICA!

As Jesus called Lazarus from his sleep,

I call my beloved country:

WAKE UP!

Rise from your slumber

Before you are rent
