The Cause of Obesity

Saturday, April 18th, 2009

My memory is not working so well.  In particular, my working memory.  That is, short term immediate recall.  For instance, when dialing a phone number I have to constantly refer back to it.  Sometimes a digit at a time.

When I interviewed an author last month I forgot to ask him the most important question even though he gave me 15 more minutes than I had asked for.  Look for me to post soon my interview of Ed Griffin author of The Creature from Jekyll Island: A Second Look at the Federal Reserve.

More importantly, when I posted yesterday I intended to list OBESITY as one of the disorders caused by fluoride in our water, but I forgot.  While I could get technical, medicine and chemistry are not my fields.  I am just a psychologist.  Nonetheless, it appears that most professions today are not reliable and have little validity.  Moreover, it appears, the professions are being used against us.

Finally, this last week Rush Limbaugh mentioned on air that he did not think Americans were being born with lower IQ’s but, folks, I’m here to tell you it is absolutely true:

The Dumbing Down of America and the persistent attack over the decades have taken their toll to the point where I, as a psychologist, can reliably say that the gene pool has been effected and the American born today is no where near as smart as those born merely a few decades ago.

Americans of the last century were far more intelligent and Americans of the 19th century were even smarter irregardless (sic) of the history of intelligence testing (which did not exist in the 1800’s).  No one today holds a candle to the intelligence of the common citizen during the time our our Founding Fathers.  They could read and they could write.  They knew their rights and the absolute limits of their rights and their responsibilities.  They knew the law and it was their pride in virtue and in being self informed that paved the way for the writing of the Constitution.

Certainly, the constant assault upon our body chemistry has taken its toll over time and those insults are being passed down genetically.  But remember this:

Learning trumps it all.

“Mind over Matter” is most certainly true.

RNA is impacted by learning and, far more importantly,

RNA changes DNA.

Quote me!

Don’t let them fool you into thinking “it’s all in the genes” because it’s not!  Don’t be decieved.
